Two weeks ago we received an email from a customer who is from Victora. She explained to us that she had called and searched numerous places for the missing Forever Friends Alpha bears (shown in the picture below) without any success. She expressed that the letters “A” and “I” alpha bears sold out everywhere, and wanted to try her luck at The Lucky Charm.
Within a week’s search, we tracked down the bears she wanted and delivered the package to her door within the same week. She sent us a thank you note with the lovely photo (shown below).
