On Wednesday TLC Mirrabooka sold a $100,000 prize on a scratchie ticket.

A regular TLC Rewards Club member purchased a winning $100 000 scratchie on Wednesday. She just couldn’t believe her eyes when she scratched no 36 and there it was $100 000!!
Owner Andi said the customer was very grateful, will now pay off her home loan and reduce her long working hours. She came to the store after collecting her winnings to thank the staff for giving her the winning ticket and for their smiles and good luck wishes always!

Another 1st Division Prize Sold – The only one in WA

Ms Kellahan said she had a loyal group of local customers and would be especially happy if one of them held the winning ticket.

“We’ve been saying for the last few weeks that it’s our turn to sell a winner and we couldn’t be more delighted,” she said.

“We probably know about 70 percent of our customers on a first name basis so we would love it if one of our regulars had struck it lucky.”

The winning punter shares the division one prize with six other players across Australia.

Team TLC Kalamunda sold a winning ticket in Saturday’s lotto draw and the lucky person won $324,696.

We don’t know who the winner is but we’re all sooooo happy for them!

Big congratulations to Morris, Annette and their team at Townsville for selling a division one ticket for last Tuesday’s Oz Lotto. The ticket was worth a whopping $27.9 million!!

Our luck didn’t stop there – Toowoomba sold 2nd division woohoo! The winnings was just over $29,000.

Another successful conference in the lovely country of Fiji! We had beautiful summery weather and great company (and of course the odd cocktail here and there!).

We started with our Golf Day on the beautiful Natadola International Golf course right on the coast. We all played like we were pros (from what I remember), and those that only finished 9 holes sat back and took in the stunning views. Much to Mike’s dismay, Helen’s team (aka Helen’s Heroes) won for the second year in a row. Second place went to “Mike’s Wannabes” (Helen’s words not mine!)

Day 1: Mike Kentros (TLC Managing Director) opened with his plans for TLC future and beyond. Troy Hazard (Internationally renowned conference presenter), provided us with tools to achieve our potential. Troy has again inspired and generated excitement to all.

We had great presentations from Peter Tzamouranis (Hallmark Cards National Sales Manager) on TLC growth and Jamie Lahrs (TLC BDM East Coast) along with TLC members panel discussed leasing. Helen Kentros (Manager Operations) ended the day reviewing the gift category and announced the TLC Annual Award Nominees.

Day 2: MC Nigel taught us funny memory techniques which put us in hysterics. Libby Ryan (TLC Marketing Coordinator)  and Erini Kentros (TLC Rewards Coordinator) presented TLC Marketing of the future and TLC Rewards amazing results.

Arthur Harley (BATA State Bus. Exec.) explained new legislation followed by Julie Green (ACP/Bauer Media Nat. Channel Mgr Newsagents) gave us great insight into industry trends. Alex Stewart (GNS CEO) outlined working together and future partnership plans.

After two days of business sessions, it was time to let our hair down and get our groove on. Nigel managed to repeat 80+ names purely from memory! Then the quiz games began and our competitive hats were on.
