If you haven't heard of Camp Quality - it is a charity set up to create a better life for children living with cancer in Australia.
The service Camp Quality provides support for the whole family - the mum, the dad, the siblings and the kids with cancer. Camp Quality has been operating since 1983 and as of 2015 it is the highest ranking children charity in Australia.
Camp Quality hosts a number of events around the country to raise funds for this great cause including wesCarpade.
What is wesCarpade? It a week-long journey held to raise money to support Aussie kids impacted by cancer.
How does it work
The event is very unique. The entrants (wesCarpadians) spend 12 months decorating their car which must be at least 20 years old.
Each team must raise at least $5,000 per car (the money goes straight to Camp Quality).
From Sunday 15th to Saturday 21st October the teams get on the road to drive over 2,000kms taking The Golden Outback Tour Armadale to Northam.
The Lucky Charm is supporting Team Smurfies 642 who are back for their third year. Team Smurfies was introduced to us by the owners of The Lucky Charm Pinjarra Mitch and Anne.
