Once a year The Lucky Charm support office, franchisees, key business partners and suppliers get together for 2 jam packed days to discuss the past, present and future. We celebrate our successess, learn from our mistakes and unveil new and exciting initatives.
This year everyone flew to the Tropical North Queensland. Arriving in Cairns and driving just half an hour to reach the idyllic sea side village Palm Cove.
The conference took place at the 4 Star Hotel Grand Chancellor, tucked away in over 3 hectares of lush tropical gardens. Hotel Grand Chancellor featured all the conference facilities plus two swimming pools, restaurant, bar and a spa retreat so our delegates could relax in between key events. Plus, the beach was less than a 5 minute walk away.
The 16th annual conference themed "It Starts with Us" really highlighted the need to take responsibility of our own business.We had a dynamic group of speakers and panelists taking the stage and providing in-depth insights, as well as actionable and practical tools to enthuse and inspire our delegates.
